This hat just had me smiling for most of the day!
Kayla has been really recognizing her name for the past week or two. She has also begun babbling again after a brief hiatus. She still gets frustrated when at a table or somewhere where she can’t reach items, but at the same time this shows her curiosity. She still loves being around other babies and hams it up when she notices people smiling at her. She’ll keep looking at them hoping they will smile more. Kayla’s arm smacking has turned into a smack mommy on the back dealo, which maybe I should try to aim better and get a semi massage out of the deal, hee hee. We’ve shared a few belly laughs this week, and I still cherish her giggles. The other night we were both laying on the floor laughing, and it gave me a glimpse into the future when she is a little bit older and we are enjoying each other’s company on a different level. (Hopefully she will still laugh with me then…eek). But for now I thank Kayla for those shared moments.
Tim is on another business trip this week, in Montreal. He left Sunday and will be back on Friday night.
