Well Kayla has been working on getting some upper teeth for some time now. I would say three poked their way through on Sunday. It looks like a fourth one will be coming soon, but it didn’t make it with the rest. She now has five teeth which she happily grinds together to make a “nail on chalkboard times 100” sound. It’s changed her looks somewhat as will happen. I’m glad they are through and am hoping for more sleep at night now. I think she was really in a lot of pain for several nights. We will miss her sweet gummy grin, but embrace the growth we must.
On Monday Kayla and I went to Cruiser’s and Crawlers (9-12 month old group). It was a bit overwhelming for me and Kayla after a while. There were so many kids and adults in the room. One of my favorite things right now is watching Kayla with other crawlers. I love how they kind of sheep-herd each other around. Kayla still seems to really love other kids, especially other crawlers, and migrates towards them. Well, okay, maybe just their toys.
On Tuesday we got to hang out with Aiden. They both seemed to have a good time together.
