racers ready, set, go!

The last day of ski lessons for the girls included a timed run through the race course. Both girls loved it. Here is Julia racing through the course.

Kayla has really been working on parallel turns and doing a great job at that. She is turning into a great little skier. Check her out on the course.

Here is a photo from the awards ceremony. Kayla was a bit disappointed because she earned another silver medal this year. She wanted a different color. So, she traded Julia for her bronze medal. I guess I’m happy that it’s not about competition yet.
