Our little Kayla has turned 6 years old. It’s hard to believe but it’s true. She has some mixed feelings about it the night before, but I think most of them were excited feelings. She had a small party the evening before her actual birthday. Two friends (and two little sisters) over for t-shirt painting, nail painting, pizza making and fun.
On Saturday we had our annual street easter egg hunt. I think the girls got a record number of eggs this year. Kayla I think has more candy than from Halloween. After the hunt we drove down to Longview to begin the Easter celebrating. We first visiting with Grandpa Jim at the Lake Sacajawea park since it was 70 degrees, sunny and the only nice day we’ve had in a long time.
