We had our March Hope Lodge time. The snow wasn’t great for skiing, so we spent a lot of time sledding. Well, without sleds mostly as it was too fast for the girls to be on sleds. Not sure what to think about Tim putting his helmet on and then having Kayla on his back, but it all worked out okay.

Kayla, Julia and their friend did more what looked like luge runs. They went pretty fast on their backs, bellies and stomachs.

The girls really had a great time there. Playing in the snow, sledding, hot tubbing, going in the sauna, playing in general. Kayla had another fun ski lesson, and Julia did way more walking around in the snow. Hope Lodge already has a place in Kayla’s soul. She was so sad to leave she cried for a good part of the trip home.
